Casino Stud Poker
American Roulette
During the course, casino trainees will be taught the rules of the games and how to calculate winning bets and what they should pay out. They will also be taught how to clear the Roulette layout, shuffle cards and work the chips. One of the most integral parts of the training is induction to company policies and customer care.
As soon as a successful training cycle has been completed the trainee commences work on the gaming floor and although this sounds pretty daunting, training is an ongoing process whereby addition help is always offered in the areas that a trainee does not feel confident in. As soon as graduation to gaming tables has taken place employees are always given specifically structured ongoing training and development. This ongoing training provides preparation for the employee to be promoted to the next grade.
